Keeping turtle tank clean?

I've had my turtle a couple of months now and the tank gets so dirty! I clean the poop out and he doesn't eat in his tank. But I get a White layer on top of the water and White 'flakes' floating around the water, what is this? And how do you prevent it happening? It's such a long process cleaning the tank

Theres a guy I really like...that i've liked since last year. And he says he likes me back, but the thing is, hes hooked on my exbest friend. They used to date, and she completely broke his heart. And well...shes um....she...moves on quick...if you get what I mean.And I really really like this kid. Hes amazing. And hes wicked funny. And he turns my worst days into my best. Please help me out here. I don't know what to do. I'm happy that hes happy when hes with her, but the thing is though, I asked her about it, and she says she likes this other kid, and not him. And i'm really upset. Mostly because I know he likes her. And because I know he might get hurt. And thats worse than me getting hurt. Please help me out here. I don't know what to do.

Why isnt email tracker pro correct?

few days ago somebody tried scamming me thru my email so i downloaded email tracker pro to track scammers im already into the internet stuff like tracking, hacking, and all that junk for fun and to learn it but this program is supposed to show ip adress and ports and other stuff by using their email and sometimes the ip adress is right sometimes its wrong and i dont see why seems like the program is unreliable. does anybody have any other suggestions on a better program thats free preferably or what might be wrong?
