Should i do a jedi braid?

would it be cool or no? im talking about the thing that anakan skywalker had in starwars. i have medium/long hair for a guy right now. its probably around 3 inches long. im going to grow it out a couple more and then cut it short but i might keep some long to do the braid. So what is your opinion of this? thank you!
