Seem like this girl likes me?

For the past 3 or so nights we would talk on the phone for hours. I was with her today and she is all over me like i was on the couch and she layed next to me for about an hour. This is when i started to think she might have feelings. Then she said she loves me like a brother. So my hopes kind of went down. But the flirting with the laying next to me and stuff continued. And earlier i was on the phone with her and we were talking about a guy that likes her and she said she'll never see him in that way (relationship wise) she the said "do you want to know why"? I said yes. She then said "because i see you like that but then kind of turned it into a joke. She also talks about other guys to me so it's kind of mixed signals. What do you think?
