Whats inside a plantar wart? did i remove it myself?

i have had this plantar wart for almost 2 years. and i have had the freeze stuff. also i have scrapped the skin with pummice to make the wart more able to absorb treatment. i also have dug into it and pulled out black stuff like flakes of black stuff. one time i dug into it and this semi solid white stuff came out. did i remove it?
