What should I do, should I tell her?

Well over the past one or two months me and this non-typical white girl started to be really good friends now we talk to each other everyday, but tomorrow or next week monday might be our last day at school then she transfers, but over the last few months I started to actually like her we actually have many things in common so I was wondering should I tell her how I feel or not
