Can sperm leak from the bottom of a condon?

Ok, so I had with my girlfriend awhile ago with a condom and when she went to clean up she found more *** than usual (as in some of it might be mine) she said it was mainly on her lips and barely insiode her vagina though. Could my sperm of leaked out of the bottom of the condom and is she in danger of getting pregnant?
