A cure for itchy ?

I have been suffering with very itchy for about 5-6 years now, and I have not been ually active in all this time. The itch is so bad that I have to use a nail brush to scratch! when I finish having a good scratch it burns like fire on my genital lips, I think from all the scratching this skin flakes. There's no discharge of any kind it's just a very aggrovating itch! The itch is also on the outside of my area, I've tried creams galore and nothing is working at all. It's come to a stage I don't even want a man because of this problem. It's embarring for me in a big way! I'ts also inconveniencing my daily life because it's permanently itchy. Is there something I do to rid myself of this problem or what could actually be causing this? Please help thanks :-)
