Is she a tease? I NEED HELP!!!?!?!?!?

okay i have this very very close friend who is a girl, and were very close in friendship, we talk every day and night. we call each other cute names, we used to say we love each other in the friendly way but we haven't done that in a awhile..ANYWAYS here are some things that i'm concerned with that might think she is a tease 1) we got into a big conversation and she said we should get married and have kids and live together, and she would bring this up for awhile..then she stopped and i found out she said the same thing to another guy..2) i give her a lot of complements on how pretty she is and sweet, all i get is a thank you or awwwwe..and nothing in return. 3) she makes you feel really really good about yourself saying she loves you and cares about you....but then later on never shows it.4) she can talk about other guys and how which ones are hot..but when i mention hot girls she gets pissed. 5) this one is stupid but...when i post a picture on facebook she never likes them..but she likes my other guy friends pictures and says cute and everything but not mine:/ to bad lol 6) she's flirt, and flirts with a lot of guys. BUT here's the thing..she is a sweet and nice girl..who i love a lot.but i think she is a tease because she makes a guy feel really really good about himself, but then does the same thing to another guy, i've tried ignoring her but it's like i'm on a leash and she keeps tugging and wont let me go, do you think i give her to much attention or is she really a tease and i'm wasting my time?
