Is this a healthy meal?

It sounds healthy at first glance, but you're not getting near enough essential fat grams for the day. I used to be on an ultra-low-fat diet like yours and it backfired and I actually gained 45 pounds since my body was starving for energy from the fat in foods so it converted everything into fat for energy. 60 grams is what the average non-dieter should get a day. Try to at least get 30-35 grams of fat a day, don't drop under 30.
