What to buy my gf for our one year?

ive been with my girlfriend for almost a year. throughout the year ive already given her gifts to show that i care. bracelets, necklaces, chocolates, cards, clothes, nailvarnish, flowers. for our one year together, i would love to give her something truely unique, beautiful and amazing. i really want to make her the happiest girl alive. ive already bought chinese lanterns without telling her, because i know she wants to do them, so i think thats nice. and we will go for a meal, and sleep on the beach. but i would love to buy her something amazing, and different from anything i already have. it cant be unbelieeeevably expensive. but im not exactly looking for cheap, either. all help appretiated, thank you! xxx
